Burgundy Lion is looking for experienced line cooks for **full time positions**. Our busy pub is located in the Little Burgundy neighbourhood, near Lionel Groulx metro.

This shift we are looking to fill are for grill and pans:

- Thursday to Sunday Nights 4pm-12pm **Grill** (4 days full time)
- Thursday to Sunday Nights 4pm-12pm **Pans** (4 days full time)

Our starting wage is $19-$23 and is negotiable depending on experience and availability. Health insurance is offered for full time employees after a 3-month probation period. Free staff meal during shift and 1 free beer/wine after shift.

Responsibilities include: Opening the restaurant, basic section prep, closing the kitchen at night, working line during a busy service, etcGrill/Pan experience is necessary. We are a very busy restaurant so you would have to be a quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
