Bingemans is in the business of providing Grand Experiences

**What will you be doing?**
- Administer and process all inquiries, confirmations to final invoicing
- Sales: seasonal bookings, events, weddings and additional guest experiences
- Determine client’s needs by understanding their requirements
- Administration of event bookings, entering data into various software to produce orders and contracts
- Communicate to various departments to ensure that the booking is executed effectively.
- Ensure the accuracy and flow of communication to various departments
- Attend events and tradeshows

**What we're looking for?**
- Post Secondary education in recreation, event planning preferred
- 1 year experience in Sales/Retail/Customer Service preferred
- Previous hospitality experience an asset
- Excellent in time Management and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ontario Drivers License Class G required
- Working knowledge and proficient in MS Office Applications

Full-time position. Monday to Friday with evenings and weekends required.
