**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Planning Support**_
- Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Help develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
- **Vendor and Client Liaison**_
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to negotiate contracts and coordinate event logistics.
- Assist with client meetings, taking detailed notes and helping to translate client needs into actionable tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-up with vendors and clients.
- **On-Site Event Support**_
- Assist in event setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
- Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and vendors during the event.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
- **Administrative Duties**_
- Maintain detailed records of all event-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and contact lists.
- Update and track event budgets and expenses.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Marketing and Promotion**_
- Help create and distribute event materials such as invitations, agendas, and brochures.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,303.65-$53,778.05 per year
