**Your Role**:
The Fulfillment Coordinator, Western Canada, will working with the post-sales operations, ensuring timely delivery and setup of our EV charging solutions, meeting our commitment to excellence.

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**: Support post-sales process of delivering EV charging infrastructure to sites, helping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product, coordination of installation, and site commissioning.
- **Product** Configuration and Setup**:Prior to shipping, supporting the configuration of EV charging stations based on customer requirements.
- **Installation Coordination**:Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for installations in accordance with work orders, supporting the installation process and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee the logistics related to shipping, ensuring products reach their destinations on time and on budget.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Supporting any post-sale delivery issues or concerns promptly, including soliciting technical support or other support resources, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Assist in the design, implementation, and interactive improvement of fulfillment processes and systems to reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update management on the status of deliveries, installations, and any challenges faced. Maintain accurate inventory records.

**Required **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in operations management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the EV charging industry would be an advantage.
- Previous Client Satisfaction experience
- Previous project management experience
