We’re looking for a motivated **Crew Lead** to manage our snow shoveling team throughout the winter season. If you have leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and can handle tough weather conditions, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a crew in residential and commercial snow removal
- Ensure efficient and timely snow clearing of driveways, sidewalks, and walkways
- Monitor crew performance and safety on the job
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Operate snow removal tools and equipment as needed

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Experience leading a team is preferred
- Ability to work in all winter weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
