**Barb's Is Growing **We are looking for a motivated Crew Leader to add to our team. We provide a wide range of services that remediate homes and buildings caused by fire, flood, mould and sewage. We also provide house cleaning services, post construction cleaning and home maintenance services.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, highly organized, detail-oriented Crew Leader to start immediately. This position involves physical work which includes but is not limited to packing and moving contents, climbing stairs, bending and lifting.

**General Duties and Qualifications**
- Review and complete daily work orders assigned each day. Complete daily paperwork required. Effectively communicate both written and verbally with project manager and all staff involved.
- Maintain all equipment and materials to ensure they are in proper working order. Ensuring the interior of your vehicle is kept clean and neat. Ensure all materials and equipment needed for the day are loaded on the vehicle.
- Complete jobs effectively and efficiently and inspect all work completed to ensure a high quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds the customer/clients expectations
- The ability to manage and lead a team and to delegate tasks.
- Help to train staff
- The ability to set standards for performance and takes responsibiity and accountability to complete tasks and encourages others to do the same
- A team player that helps build a positive team environment
- Adhere to all Company Workplace policies and Health and Safety policies
- Problem solving skills and ability to identify possible solutions
- Attend training as required

*Previous Restoration Experience Required

*Contents Restoration knowledge an asset

*Encircle knowledge an asset

*Valid Ontario Driver's License

*Able and willing to work -Shifts are typically Monday-Friday 8-5

*Able to provide a clear criminal record check

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caledonia, ON N3W 1M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- restoration: 1 year (required)
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
