The primary mandate is to assist the sales department with small to medium-sized jobs as well as receiving and processing rebar orders and counter sales. The secondary mandate is to assist the production manager and the department in the day-to-day functions to facilitate scheduling, fabrication, and delivery to our project sites.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Price projects in Oracle CRM according to predetermined deadlines;
- Assist clients with their rebar orders and handle counter sales;
- Respond to phone calls regarding counter sales, including inquiries from walk-in customers and others;
- Receive and process sales orders, bar lists, and tags;
- Act as a backup for the Customer Account Representative/Sales Associate;
- Conduct follow-ups for delivery and pick up;
- Support the production manager and scheduler in their daily tasks;
- Handle material receipts.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School Diploma, or Diploma in Office Systems Technology, or equivalent combination of education;
- Proficiency with Excel and strong computer/IT skills;
- Great communication skills and strong multitasking abilities;
- Speaks French (an asset)
- Ability to read basic drawings (asset).
