The Supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of our customers' operations and our Kitimat plant. He will mainly be working from RT Site and Supervise our team. He also has the mandate to maintain and develop an excellent relationships with our customers and to ensure that we provide high quality products and services.

**Experience and training required**:

- University degree in business administration, or other training relevant to the position,
- 5 to 10 years of management experience
- Experience in the industrial environment and knowledge of the refractory - an asset
- Bilingual (French/English) - An asset

**Role and responsibility**
- Supervise and advise the workers
- Supervise and plan plant operations
- Interpreting performance indicators
- In collaboration with the Director of Operations, plan and implement the various strategies for achieving the objectives
- Ensure all employees work safely according to the rules in place
- Ensure the quality of products and services provided to customers
- Mobilizing different work teams
- Collaborate with the different departments of Réfraco for the different management activities

- Ability in the management, supervision, and mobilization of teams,
- Compliance and enforcement of policies and standards for occupational health and safety
- Rigor in the management of files and day-to-day work activities,
- Collaborative spirit to achieve the expected results,
