**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a systems expert to join our team. The Business Systems Analyst (1 year contract) will champion the development and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. They will also work closely with users in the business to provide end-user support, troubleshooting and ensuring that our systems are optimized to meet business needs. This person plays a key role in managing and administering activities around the Dynamics platform and related systems, coordinating/resolving support issues, upgrade initiatives, and developing new and maintaining existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics. This person is also be responsible for working with a team to design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the administrative functions of the Dynamics environments, related tools, and integration solutions. This includes assigning user licenses and permissions, account maintenance and audit access, workflows, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks. As well as, provide expertise on best practices, business process design and functional capabilities.
- Setup projects and coordinate with the Project Management team to perform billing/revenue recognition activities at month-end.
- In a timely manner, address and track end-user support requests when system or data issues arise.
- Collaborate with managers on more efficient processes and procedures then implement the approved changes with mínimal impact to the end users.
- Coordinate and support Dynamics contractors on special projects (analyze new data and thoroughly test system changes).
- Maintain up to date system process documentation on a quarterly basis (or after any major system updates - e.g. Dynamics receives two major updates a year).
- Ensure data integrity is preserved by auditing and maintaining information inputted to the system.
- Keep up to date with major and minor releases with the Dynamics platform. Troubleshoot and provide communication to the appropriate end users of the upcoming changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related industry/experience
- Ability to problem solve and proactively seek information
- Strong understanding of meterics and data
- Ability to anticipate problems before users and make appropriate corrections in advance
- Strong understanding on how technology supports our business and processes
