**Position Overview**:
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Ted Kuhn Towers is looking for a **Building Concierge Worker (BCW)** to be the first point of contact for our residents and guests. As the face of our community, you’ll ensure smooth operations, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a welcoming and secure environment. If you’re passionate about creating great experiences and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you

**Qualifications**:
The role requires a friendly, approachable demeanor, problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a strong understanding of oppression and marginalization. Additionally, the BCW must be able to identify emergencies and respond appropriately.

This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
