Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the CEO, this role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in further raising the bar on
IRISNDT’s financial reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities. The Manager, Financial Planning
and Analysis will be responsible for oversight and review of all financial reporting, planning, and analysis
activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting and analysis with internal and
external stakeholders. Furthermore, they will proactively partner with cross-functional areas of the
business to establish frameworks and strategic models to empower financial and corporate decisions.
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will create an impact in the organization by:
- As a trusted and valued cross-functional partner, present results against historical, budgeted,
and forecasted figures while providing valuable and actionable analysis to decision makers;
- Collaborate and work closely with various cross-functional areas and levels within the
organization to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts that align with strategic
objectives;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive forecast models, which include sensitivity and scenario
analysis incorporating operational, economic, and competitive intelligence, to support short
- and long-term decision making;
- Develop and improve financial reporting, including business drivers and trend analysis, key
performance indicators and their achievement and financial dashboards, to support strategic
planning process and drive performance measurement;
- Continually analyze and evaluate financial reporting tools and processes with a view to
optimizing the delivery of timely and accurate financial information;
- Support the information technology and operations departments in the development of the
corporate data strategy that will drive our data driven decision making; and
- Lead, drive, and provide strategic support to help facilitate decision making processes for key
business projects and growth initiatives, including M&A and geographical expansion, financial
activities, revenue and cost efficiency strategies, headcount planning, and contract evaluations
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- CPA and/or CFA;
- 5+ years of experience in a FP&A function or similar planning and/or analysis role;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with business leaders;
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills; and
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
**Compensation**:
The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience and education.
