**Job Title: Food and Beverage Server**

**Location: In-person Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour**

**Work Schedule**:
Shifts may include:

- Day
- Evening
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a polished and professional Food and Beverage Server with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a vital member of our service team, you’ll provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including noting dietary restrictions and special requests.
- Recommend wine and beverage pairings tailored to guest preferences.
- Ensure timely and precise service, maintaining high standards of presentation and guest care.
- Liaise with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and order accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the dining area.
- Accurately process guest payments and handle feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and elevated dining experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 year of fine dining serving experience (required)
- Pro Serve certification (required)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with POS systems
- Must be flexible and available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Formal hospitality or culinary training (an asset)
- Previous experience in guest services (an asset)
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Banquet/ Events experience (an asset)

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly
- Capable of bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ramps as required

**Experience**:

- Food & beverage service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)
