**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure understanding.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to discuss progress and areas for improvement.
- Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages students to ask questions and express their thoughts.
- Utilize various educational resources and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in classroom education or tutoring, particularly with children.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
- Ability to engage with students of different ages and learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for educating young minds.
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and educational best practices is preferred.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 1.5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
