Process Improvement Consultant

**We are looking for a talented individual**
To join our team as an Operations Consultant responsible for managing and overseeing continuous improvement projects within the Canadian region. This role will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Responsibilities will encompass multiple areas including project coordination, and process definition and improvement, data management, metrics and reporting.

- Support the Canadian Central Operations team with continuous improvement projects across the region, in collaboration with the program teams.
- Identify and understand process inefficiencies across the Canadian Region in terms of Program delivery and operations.
- Develop remediation plans for inefficient processes and program operations, work with teams to build out next steps and pathways for improvement.
- Support Program teams with implementation of new work flows and develop standard operating procedures to ensure future consistency and follow through.
- Support our Business Development team with RFP responses, launch activities, and ensure our source of record is up to date and accurate (Salesforce).
- Work cross-functionally with our partner groups within our business processes and policies, resulting in significant impact to the company or practice.
- Manage multiple contract / sub-contractor relationships that have a significant impact to overall company performance.
- Ensure projects are successful and lead to improved efficiency and productivity across the region.
- Provide regular read outs via reporting and presentations to senior leadership on the status and progression of projects.
- Collaborate with the broader Continuous Improvement leaders for insight and alignment on company wide projects.
**In this exciting career opportunity, you will have**
- 10+ years related experience
- Post secondary education in a related field
- Project Management certification considered an asset
- Ability to analyze processes, systems, data, and teams to identify trends (or lack there of) and make strategic recommendations for operational improvements
- Experience planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
- Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies in processes and implementing solutions to optimize operations and increase efficiency
- Capacity to develop long-term strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on operation excellence and sustainable growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with our program teams, understand their needs, and present findings and recommendations for improvements effectively
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects and priorities at the same time
- The drive and energy to achieve results
- Strong ability to explain ideas and concepts clearly
- Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgets
- Passion for the environment and desire for a sustainable future
**Targeted Compensation Rage**
$30-$40
