Located in Bolton, ON, an Electrical Contractor operating for more than 20 years, looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to management and customers
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Provide assistance in processing payroll and human resources
- Preparing contracts
- Day-to-day duties as required by a small office.
Requirements/Skills:
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of Quickbooks and proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Multi-tasker and eagerness to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Hours of work: Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm
