Digital Printer Service Technician

_**We are looking for technicians to join our growing team**_

The job includes travelling to customers outside of Montreal (within province). Must be willing to travel approximately 75% of the time. Must be Bilingual (English & French).

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the functionality and features of our entire suite of machinery and products
- Schedule and provide quality on-site and off-site training to our clients in order to provide thorough and comprehensive understanding of our products’ functionality and capabilities
- Hands-on work involving machinery and equipment
- Service and maintenance of customer's equipment by traveling to the customer's site
- Calibrating and testing designs on the equipment to ensure everything is functional
- Organize and respond to service inquiries in a professional, accurate and timely manner
- Document issues and create reports from customer service calls to build internal knowledge base
- Facilitate and execute customer requests for replacement parts and other items
- Work with other members of the sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Communicate issues and recommendations to management regarding product issues
