Job Duties:

- Greeting customers and communicating their repair needs
- Updating the customer and verifying approval for repairs
- Provide information to the technicians
- Answering phone and booking appointments
- Maintaining and updating all open repairs orders daily
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Will be required to work rotating Saturday's

**Salary**: $13.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prince Albert, SK S6V 8C8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
