**Job Description - Description de tâche**:

- Prepare dough for pretzels - Préparer la pâte pour les bretzels
- Roll & twist pretzels - Rouler et tordre les bretzels
- Monitor ovens - Surveiller les fours
- Dress the pretzel upon customer's request - Habillez le bretzel à la demande du client
- Exhibit friendly, courteous attitude towards customers and other staff members - Faire preuve d'une attitude amicale et courtoise envers les clients et les autres membres du personnel
- Work the cash register (greeting clients, taking orders) - Travailler la caisse enregistreuse (saluer les clients, prendre les commandes)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift - Effectuer les procédures de nettoyage et d’entretien conformément aux instructions de la personne responsable
