The Wood Automotive Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an Appraiser to join our bodyshop, All Makes Collision Centre **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Primary point of contact for customers before, during and after the repairs. Providing high quality customer service - Providing accurate collision estimates and following up with customers to book in for repairs - Write supplements when necessary while vehicles are in for repairs - Provide accurate and competitive estimates on collision repairs **Skills and Specifications**: - At least 2-3 years experience writing collision repair estimates - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients. - Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks. - Sound understanding of all collision repair process. - Ability to negotiate with clients. - Experience with Mitchell estimating and Audatex - Valid drivers license and clean abstract - Experience dealing with insurance companies **About the Benefits of being part of our team**: - Benefits Package: We have an outstanding benefits package for our employees and families that covers 90% of prescription drugs, 80% of general dentistry, and resources including Financial Advisory Services, Nutritional Counselling, Legal Advisory Services, and much more - Pension Plan: To support our goal of building our employees’ careers and helping employees plan for retirement.
