Fix Auto is looking for an Auto Body Estimator/ Appraiser to join our amazing team at Fix Auto Calgary North East, who is great team player, has excellent communication skills and willing to go above and beyond to please our customer

As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

**Role of Appraiser/Estimator**:

- Provide customer with accurate estimate in a timely and friendly manner.
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers.
- Participate in production meetings.
- Collaborate with client experience personnel to ensure exceptional follow-up and service.
- Ability to interact with all the levels of personnel and handle multiple tasks at once.
- High school or college automotive body repair diploma
- Minimum 2 years Collision repair experience in estimating/sales will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge with estimating systems
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
