**What You’ll be Doing**:
- Prepare documents such as reports, letters, meeting/seminar invitations, and bulletins.
- Coordinate all activities for Parts & Service department meetings and seminars.
- Support Consultant, Customer Retention (CCR) in Toyota Service Recommendations (TSR), including monthly reports and implements strategies with Area Parts & Service Manager (APSM) to maximize same.
- Provide back-up support for APSM when on vacation or when training.
- Prepare service market analysis by dealer area for use by field reps and ZPSM.
- Assist Zone Parts & Service Manager (ZPSM) with information flow to ensure all APSM’s are updated and informed.
- Attend management and dealer meetings to contribute ideas and opinions based on knowledge and experience with overall automotive business.
- Lock in and measure incremental success through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Compile and distribute all Parts & Service department reporting to dealers and National staff.
- Act as liaison to the dealers in the absence of the ZPSM and APSM’s.
- Maintain and distribute daily reports and updates all Parts & Service reports.
- Coordinate with Toyota University training needs
- Initiate and implement appropriate «Kaizen» [continuous improvement] efforts which results in work efficiencies relating to cost reduction or avoidance, improved time and process efficiencies.
- Standardize and share successes across the team or organization through “Yokoten” (share best practices); continue to improve through kaizen and shares again.
- Spell-check documents for Parts and Service department.
- Other duties as requested or required.
- Coordinate and support all activities for the Parts & Service Managers Advisory Group (PSMAG).
**Work Efficiency**

**What You’ll Bring**:
- University/College degree/diploma in related discipline an asset
- Post-secondary education in business with focus on marketing or related discipline an asset
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Proven ability to initiate & improve work processes to increase efficiencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong sense of initiative
- Experience with Cognos (Business Intelligence) and reporting system and report generation
