- Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and ensure timely payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures
- Provide support during audits and assist with internal control compliance
- Assist with payroll processing using systems such as Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, or ADP
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data

**Skills**:

- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage accounting systems
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

**Salary**: $17.79 per hour
