We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable tutor to train some of our new employees in personal tax returns (T1), corporate tax returns (T2), and QuickBooks software.

Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-person training sessions on:

- T1 Personal Tax Returns
- T2 Corporate Tax Returns
- QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Prepare training materials, examples, and exercises for practice.
- Guide employees through real-world tax and bookkeeping scenarios.
- Answer questions, provide feedback, and assess understanding.
- Ensure trainees are confident and capable in completing T1, T2, and QuickBooks tasks independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws and filing procedures for T1 and T2 returns.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online).
- Previous experience as an accounting tutor, trainer, or instructor preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and adaptability when working with learners of different experience levels.

- Flexible part-time schedule (hours to be discussed).
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
