**What We're Looking For**:

- An engaging and nurturing individual who enjoys making each day special, whether it’s through playful activities, arts and crafts, or sporty fun with the kids.
- A self-starter with great organizational skills to help maintain and manage the household, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry—all while ensuring the children are happy and engaged.
- Someone with a minimum of two years of childcare experience who is comfortable handling different ages and stages, including newborns.
- 20-40+ hours available depending on schedule, with full weekend opportunities.
- A valid driver’s license and car, plus a passport, for those spontaneous family adventures and exciting travel opportunities.
- Flexibility to adapt to the family's needs, bringing joy, patience, and creativity to every situation.
