**What you will do**:
- Provides general support to the international recruitment department including the International Admissions Advisors and the Associate Directors.
- Responds in a timely, professional manner to student, parent, agent and school partner inquiries, answers questions related to programs, courses, and student life by phone, on social media and in person.
- Assists admissions team in collection of documents from students, international students, and agents.
- Maintains up-to-date records both hard copy (physical student files) and electronically (Salesforce).
- Works closely with the International Admissions Office, Enrolment Services, Registrar’s Office and other value centres, as required, to ensure all completed files are reaching the appropriate committees in a timely fashion.
- May be called upon for various data collection projects as it relates to the Admissions Department.
- Responsible for providing various reports to management and executive management
- Other administrative tasks as required
**What you bring**:
- An undergraduate degree in related area preferred.
- Previous experience working in a university admissions setting is preferred.
- 2 years administrative and customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Expert knowledge of MS office
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in maintaining files and records
- Able to work a flexible schedule, reflecting a periodically heavy workload.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language preferred.
