Corr Steel Fabricators has an opportunity for you if you are an experienced Welding Supervisor and Shop

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, understanding their needs and communicating those to the project team in a defined manner
- Work independently and collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment
- Liaison between all departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of purchased material and components is timely and co-ordinate for a successful delivery of product
- Generate RFQ’s for projects by gathering all pricing related to material and components and formulating that pricing into a total rack cost.
- Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders.
- Custom metal fabrication
- Monitor employees and inventory
- Enforce company policies & procedures
- Overseeing drafting and programming personnels
- Approving invoices where required
- Assist with developing current suppliers into productive, efficient quality driven reliable resources
- Contacting existing and potential customers to develop sales leads.
- Vast knowledge of important elements of project management, i.e. the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution
- Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills
- Excellence in gathering help needed in developing a working project management plan
- Expertise in executing what the project requires and meeting the need of the client and project
- Good communication; written and spoken skills
- 5 years experience with metal miscellaneous and structural metal fabrication is a _MUST _
- _Plasma table experience is a asset _
- _Roll Former experience is an asset_

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- structural metal fabrication: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Barrie, ON L4N 5J5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Barrie, ON L4N 5J5: Relocate before starting work (required)
