**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily operations and project management.
- Support resource coordination, including labor and materials.
- Track project progress and assist with financial performance reviews.
- Learn to create estimates and billing processes.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders under supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing or construction.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction or roofing industry.
- Basic understanding of project and operations management.
- Basic financial acumen and willingness to develop analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn through active participation and questioning.

**Salary**:

- Competitive entry-level salary commensurate with experience (average industry salary: $40,000 - $50,000 CAD per year).

**Probationary Period**:

- This position includes a 90-day probationary period to assess performance and fit within the company.

**Advancement Pathway**:

- Opportunity to advance to Head of Operations within 3 years, based on performance and achievement of key milestones.

**Advancement Criteria**:

- Successful completion of the 90-day probationary period with demonstrated competence in assisting operations and projects.
- Consistent achievement of project timelines and budget targets under supervision.
- Implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Development of strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Regular contribution to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Demonstration of leadership qualities and ability to take on increased responsibilities.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
