**What will you be doing?**
- Developing a strong, in-depth understanding of our company’s services and our position in the logistics industry.
- Develop, implement and maintain effective strategies to successfully close full cycle sales.
- Evaluate processes as necessary to ensure goals are met, and identify areas for improvement.
- Building a strong funnel of potential clients.
- Measure, monitor and report on KPIs (Monthly and yearly).
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and/or develop opportunities.
- Identifying clients' needs and how to turn them into selling opportunities.
- Developing successful methods to complete a successful sales cycle.
- Have at least 4 years of eCommerce experience.
- Have at least 4 years of sales and business development experience.
- Will be able to represent Stallion Express in a positive, charismatic and professional manner.
- Are a team player with great communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and can adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrate discipline, self-motivation, and be results-driven.
- Have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sale cycle.
- Have a desire to grow within your sales career and lead a team.

**What’s the pay?**

We’re hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it This position does come with a competitive base pay in addition to an attractive commission model that will be discussed during your interview To note, following our commission structure, there is the potential to earn up to $100,000 - $150,000 after a successful year

This is a hybrid position, based out of our Headquarters in Mississauga, ON. The required days in office are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During the probationary period, the schedule will be 5 days in house for training purposes.

Starting at base $50,000 + uncapped commission structure
