As a **Ground Crew Member**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tree service operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting climbers and equipment operators with job site preparation and cleanup
Operating chainsaws, wood chippers, and other power tools safely and efficiently
Rigging and lowering tree limbs using ropes and pulleys
Managing brush and wood debris, ensuring efficient job site operations
Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Adhering to all **safety protocols and industry standards**

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Physically fit** and able to lift/carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
✔ Comfortable working in **all weather conditions including snow** and at heights if needed
✔ Strong **team player** with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to follow **instructions and safety procedures**
✔ **Valid G-class driver’s license** required (DZ license is an asset)
✔ Chainsaw certification, First Aid/CPR, or related training is a plus
