**What we are Looking for**:
You have in depth experience in Inventory Management Best Practices. Your focus on data allows you to drive change and work with peers to improve process and minimize wastes. You are not afraid of change but can work with others to implement and manage processes and best practices. You are able to provide adequate inventory and production related reports and are able to recognize and implement continuous improvement opportunities from the reporting. You are able to assess individual strengths and weakness in your direct reports and are able to shape them through performance management into the winning team. Leading by example you are driven to succeed and improve at every opportunity and are able to work with your key peer relationships to drive improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all shipping, receiving and logistics of all materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Production Planning and Control to determine optimal level of inventory, define min/max and pull systems.
- Monitor material movements to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Address/or identify the potential for issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption.
- Responsible for order fulfillments.
- Responsible for warehouse, in-process inventory and inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for plant floor material handling/movement.
- Responsible for picklist fulfillments.
- Cycle count and inventory accuracy tracking/reporting.
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Able to use and make Data Driven decisions.
- Keep paperwork organized.
- Collaborate with key relationships.
- Functional area ownership of 5S, Lean and continuous improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 5-years, strong experience in and dedication to:

- Inventory control management in Contract Manufacturing environment
- Supply Chain ManagementExcellent knowledge of Kanban, Pull System and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in MRP, ERP Software
- Working knowledge of MS Office and optionally SQL
- Good at math and statistics, reporting. Data Driven.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team building and communication abilities
- Change Leader
