**About Us**

We are a small growing food manufacturing company that has been in business for 30 years. We are a family business. We just moved into a brand new building on Kingsway Avenue in Port Coquitlam that has air conditioning.

**Description**

We are looking for several new employees to help us prep food and assemble sandwiches/deli products 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our ideal candiate works well on a team and is quick with their hands.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work as a team
- Use a meat slicer
- Prep ingredients with a food processor such as dicing celery and onions
- Prep fillings and sauces for sandwiches using a hot plate and rice cooker
- Assemble sandwiches and wraps
- Labeling products
- Cleaning (dish washing, mopping etc)
- Start ~9am until production is complete (~5pm)
- Full time employees must work at least one regular day on the weekend on either Saturday or Sunday

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience cooking and cleaning
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
- Good hand eye coordination
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability is a key requirement as this affects the whole team
- Foodsafe 1

**Salary**: $17.25-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Coquitlam, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
