Sandy Chen Financial Inc. is an insurance and investment solution provider associated with Co-operators. Our mission is to help local Canadians achieve secured financial future and live life confidently through financial planning. The Associate Insurance Agent is a key player in the support and development of the agency operation primarily through the sales and service of Co-operators personal lines products (Auto, Home, Commercial and Life insurance) and may provide some basic support for additional product lines.

We also provide opportunities for career advancement, you’ll be offered training and support to gradually evolve into more senior role, including Commercial specialist, Wealth and Life specialist, and certified financial planner (CFP).

**What are you responsible for**:

- Sell & promote property & casualty (Auto, Home, Commercial) and Life insurance, follow proper underwriting guidelines to achieve profitable growth of the Agency.
- Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
- Prospect, cross sell and provide referrals for other products.
- Provide client services, build & maintain client relationship and achieve client satisfaction.
- Meet work performance requirements and achieve personal sales & client service goals.

**To join our team**:

- **General Insurance License (other than life) required**, or be able to obtain in 1 month.
- 1-2 year insurance sales or other sales experience is preferred.
- **Fluent in English required, 普通话或者粤语流利.**
- College diploma or university degree in a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle is an asset.
- Life license (LLQP) or Mutual fund license preferred.
