**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping clients understand their insurance needs and options. You will utilize your sales skills to market various insurance products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their individual requirements. A successful Insurance Advisor will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our insurance products.
- Provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow up on their inquiries.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales, outside sales, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in telemarketing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
