**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communication Services, as the** Marketing Coordinator**, you are responsible for**assisting in the development and coordination of marketing strategies for Qualico’s business units. You also provide expertise and utilizes market intelligence to facilitate management decision making.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Performing regular website and CRM audits to ensure accuracy of data; implementing necessary updates as outlined by business unit stakeholders.
- Preparing project-specific and annual marketing report for review by relevant stakeholders.
- Gathering, processing and using market intelligence to facilitate decision making, planning and growth opportunities. Preparing various reports for management review as required.
- Assisting the Director in the management of the department’s administrative duties.

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
- Understanding of social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn).
- Understanding of CMS (preferably WordPress) and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with home builder or land development is considered an asset.

**Work Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required.
