Founded in 2007, The Nation Network & Daily Faceoff are the largest Canadian destinations for independent NHL, MLB and Soccer coverage, including breaking news, analysis, fantasy projections, and betting insights. The Nation’s content speaks for sports fans in the pub, the locker room, at home and in the office.
The Nation Network is currently seeking a Reporting Coordinator who will work as part of the company’s Sales and Digital Marketing team, which is responsible for the execution of the social and digital media strategies for the company and its partners. The Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for gathering data from the content team and developing the internal and client facing reports, in a timely manner, that act as a vital function for the sales and content team.
The role of a Reporting Coordinator is crucial to the company as it helps increase the company’s partner retention and improve the content and sales functions. The Reporting Coordinator will report directly to the Network Director and the Manager of Marketing and Communications.
We require an individual who possesses a high degree of maturity and professionalism, in addition to strong written skills, data gathering and analysis skills, project management skills, organization and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ongoing data management - including gathering, analyzing and developing internal and external facing reports.
- Developing client facing reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinating data gathering with the Sales and Content teams.
- Support Sales channel initiatives by providing clear and concise data.
**Requirements**:
2+ years of reporting/data analysis experience is preferred.
- Exceptional time management, project management and organizational skills
- An individual who is an energizer and an excellent team player
- Equal parts analytical and creative
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- Beyond sufficient skills in excel and/or other data management functions
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
