We are a trusted Real Estate team that help clients purchase and sell properties all over Canada. Our preconstruction division, prehomes is a preconstruction marketplace for consumers to browse all preconstruction developments across Canada.

This position is for our **Prehomes** Division.

We are looking for an experienced content writer who will maintain and produce quality content for the website. For every new development, city, blog and article, you would be responsible for producing quality SEO content to ensure an easy read and educational piece for the user.

The Zadegan Group is a fast growing real estate team. Join our mission in improving user experience on our sites and consumer experience with our realtors, by improving the quality of information consumers get about a property. Our goal is to build a site that provides the most value to consumers, which in this process, requires the best quality writing that ensures the user is the most educated and informed on every page they visit.
- This is a fully remote work opportunity
- Contract work

Key Responsibilities:

- Proofread, edit, and submit all content for accuracy and quality prior to publication.
- Content Creation. Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, white papers, e-books, and other marketing collateral.
- Creating project writing, city writing, neighbourhood writing and developer writing on the website; also maintaining the content on the website.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Work with our internal teams to identify opportunities and plan improvements to existing content and internal processes

Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positivity, passion, and creativity for what we do
- Execution oriented with a passion to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hustle, persistence, and love for excellence and innovation
- 3+ years experience in SEO Content Writing.
- Able to absorb new material quickly.
- Proven ability to manage projects and juggle a diverse workload while meeting all deadlines.

Plus skills:

- Past experience working in a content management system is helpful.
- SEO experience with topic selection, keywords, title tags, meta descriptions.
