We are in the sports nutrition distribution field which helps people live better lives every day. This is a continuously exciting growing field and is geared towards health and fitness.

This position is open to start immediately. You will receive one on one training and always have the support of the other team members.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization skills, strong computer skills, great learning capacity, attention to follow ups to ensure task is complete, capable of meeting deadlines regularly and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a dynamic team who have great energy and passion for the industry

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing orders, placing orders, processing orders with suppliers
- inventory adjustments, physical counts when needed, receipt entry, PO entry, following up on inventory ETAs
- Booking trucks (appointments, customs, tracking, follow ups, rates and services logging and negotiation)
- Various inventory reports
- Sales assistance (provide ETA’s, exp dates, and stock gauges to reps)
- Other tasks as you grow into the position

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred ( min 2 years)
- Strong data analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization
- Skilled in following up on all tasks particularly the time sensitive ones
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Strong computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
