Facilities Maintenance Person

As a Facilities Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for the following: Note: This is an entry level job. Strong communication skill required. Emptying garbage in the maintenance area and bus storage. Separating scrap mental and recyclables. Floor cleaning, sweeping and power washing. Monitoring fluid deliveries as needed. Updating MSDS documentation as needed. Completing fluid sample documentation. Picking up and delivering parts and supplies as needed. Checking/filling/replacing, exterior soap and de-greaser as required. Cleaning out and disposing of empty fluid and grease drums. Monitor walkways, entrances and parking lots for snow removal and icy conditions.
