Reporting to the Manager, Fleet & Facility Maintenance, the primary responsibility of the **Supervisor, Fleet & Facility Maintenance** is to support the planning and execution of a preventative maintenance program and daily operations of the company’s multiple sites. The Supervisor, Fleet & Facility Maintenance will assist overseeing, mobile equipment and site maintenance and repairs. Our Supervisor, Fleet & Facility Maintenance will support our operations department through the efficient scheduling of maintenance for our dynamic fleet of mobile equipment and be a champion for continuous improvement utilizing technology and best in class preventative maintenance techniques.

**A day in the life**:

- Support managing the delivery of fleet and equipment repair and maintenance programs, initiatives, and services.
- Implement programs to preserve the good condition of infrastructure (road, rail and civil) and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
- Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors as required.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment procurement needs, prepare specifications to meet the needs and prepares tenders, specifications and reports.
- Support the development, administration and maintenance of the company’s fleet maintenance program.
- Define, implement and maintain policies and procedures in support of other departmental goals.
- Other duties as required.

**You have**:

- 3-5 years’ experience with fleet and facilities exposure.
- Warehouse or transportation equipment experience an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Supply chain and union experience an asset.
- Computer literate, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 software
