**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering environments.
- Strong background in food production, preparation, and service management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and menu planning techniques.
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus.
