We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Cook and to join our culinary team. The Lead Cook will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. The Lead Cook will be responsible for creating delicious meals while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

**Duties**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food service.
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety, and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
