**Overview**

Are you looking to get in on the ground floor of a growing company? Glessing Gaskets Inc. is looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our field team. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn from the ground up and grow with us. The right person will have the chance to grow with the company with training and support provided every step of the way.

You’ll travel to commercial customer sites (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) across Southern Ontario to help install and service refrigerator door gaskets and related components. This role also includes a light sales component — following up with customers, preparing simple quotes, and recommending additional services when needed. As your product knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more quoting responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel to customer locations (mileage paid)
- Remove and replace door gaskets and small refrigeration parts
- Use hand tools to install and adjust components
- Maintain tools and vehicle organization
- Keep simple records of completed work
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly way
- Follow basic safety and quality procedures

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Comfortable using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a good attitude toward learning
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work while standing, crouching, or reaching overhead
- Independent and responsible - able to manage your time on the road
- Prior experience in installation, field service, general labor, or trades is a bonus but not required

**What We Offer**
- $22.00-$23.00/hour + paid mileage

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts only (no evenings or weekends)
- Travel required across Southern Ontario (Mississauga to Oshawa, up to Gravenhurst)
