We are currently seeking a courteous and organized Host/Hostess to be the welcoming ambassador for our restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and with a smile as they arrive, setting the tone for their entire experience.
- Manage the reservation system and seating chart to ensure an even flow of service and minimize wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of their server's name.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and handle general inquiries.
- Monitor dining room occupancy and communicate effectively with servers and management to coordinate table turnover.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and host station.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A friendly, professional, and positive phone manner and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role is an asset.
