Overview:
We are seeking a hospitality-oriented Hostess/Host to join our team at Treadwell and NOTL Bar + Restaurant. As a Hostess/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements through OpenTable
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Provide guests with menus and wine list
- Assist team with clearing and resetting tables

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a hospitality or guest service role preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with food service operations and phone etiquette

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
