**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Start as a cleaner, with opportunities to quickly rise to Team Lead and Field Supervisor positions_
- **Lead & Train**: Mentor and motivate a team to deliver outstanding cleaning services, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Engage with clients to understand and exceed their expectations, ensuring satisfaction with every clean.
- **Communication & Reporting**: Provide clear communication between clients, team members, and management, and report feedback or concerns to the Supervisor.
- **Active Participation**: Lead by example - demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and identify areas for staff improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience & Leadership**: At least 2 years in professional cleaning with proven leadership skills.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong service mindset, able to understand and exceed client needs.
- **Great Communicator**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management.
- **Adaptable & Willing to Learn**: Eager to learn new cleaning techniques, use technology, and develop your role.
- **Reliable Transport**: A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- **Team Player**: A supportive, respectful attitude toward your team and willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
