**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Occasionally assist with light cooking or hospitality tasks as needed by clients.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient task management and prioritization.
- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of all cleaning duties.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards can enhance service quality.

Pay: $15.74-$22.00 per hour
