Customer Service Representative: Bilingual (French & English)

At Goldline Curling, we’re passionate about the sport and the community behind it. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **Customer Service Representative** who is fluent in both French and English to deliver exceptional support to our customers, with a special focus on serving our French-speaking clientele.

**What You’ll Do**
- Accurately process customer orders and returns, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain and update client and dealer accounts with accurate and complete information.
- Perform data entry tasks, including sales orders and return authorizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to consistently meet or exceed customer service standards.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to remain patient, diplomatic, and professional in all interactions.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and NetSuite; quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Strong alpha/numeric keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
