This is an unpaid co-op position with an immediate start date. The position offers valuable exposure to HR operations within the non-profit industry.

**What You’ll Do as an HR Administrator Co-op Student**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and setting up employee files.
- Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support benefits administration.
- Assist with scheduling and operations tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**:

**Expected Hours**:

- No more than 30 hours per week

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
