**What You’ll Do**:

- **Support Daily Operations**
Help keep things running smoothly by organizing resources, picking up materials, and assisting supervisors with daily tasks.
- **Analyze and Improve**
Collect and analyze productivity data to support operational decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- **Ensure Quality**
Conduct quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards and compliance.
- **Plan and Prepare**
Assist in developing work plans that contribute to efficient scheduling and execution of sawmill operations.
- **Engage with the Team**
Build strong relationships with employees and supervisors to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**
- _Minimum: _Currently enrolled full-time at a recognized post-secondary institution
- _Preferred: _Enrolled in a program related to operations, engineering, or industrial management
- **Experience**
- _Minimum: _No prior experience required
- _Preferred: _Previous supervisory or operational experience is an asset
- **Certifications**
- _Minimum: _None required
- _Preferred: _Safety or operations-related certifications are a plus
- **Skills & Attributes**
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
