**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, balance, and rotate tires on a variety of vehicles
- Perform tire repairs, including patching and plugging damaged tires
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete work efficiently and safely
- Inspect tires for wear and damage to determine repair or replacement needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support general shop operations as needed

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of tire shop experience preferred (but not required)
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs)
- Comfortable working in crouched, standing, or kneeling positions for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

**Schedule & Compensation**
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Hours**: Monday - Friday, 7:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- **Wage**: Based on experience
- **Location**: On-site

Pay: $17.20-$24.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
